Attorney Profiles

Dana Luther is an associate attorney with Cornetet, Meyer, Rush & Kirzner. Her practice areas consist of: employment law and employment discrimination causes of action based upon sexual harassment, gender, race, national origin, religion and race, and wrongful termination at the EEOC, state courts and federal courts. Ms. Luther also practices domestic relations, criminal law, general civil litigation, and protects railroad workers who are injured in the course of their employment through the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA).

Ms. Luther previously worked as an associate at the law firm of Smith Rolfes & Skavdahl wherein she gained vast experience in civil litigation, including defending complex product liability causes of action, wrongful death cases, and personal injury litigation. Prior to her employment at Smith Rolfes & Skavdahl, Ms. Luther practiced in New York City at the law firm of Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford, P.C. as an associate attorney. Ms. Luther specialized in defending employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases, as well as general premise liability litigation.

While in law school, Ms. Luther clerked for the Butler County, Ohio Domestic Relations Court, clerking for two judges and five magistrates. She also clerked for Judge McBride in the Clermont County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Luther is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Interests:

Ms. Luther is a competitive Irish Dancer, and competes for the McGing School of Irish Dance. She is also the Vice-President of the advocacy group B.A.R.K. against BSL. She takes piano lessons and continues to enjoy watching and following gymnastics.
